🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in Research and Development, with a strong focus on color and functional masterbatch technologies.
• Proven track record of leading successful R&D projects and delivering innovative solutions.
• Deep understanding of polymer chemistry, additive technologies, and color formulation.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to mentor and develop a high-performing team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in using industry-standard software tools such as MATLAB, Simulia, and COMSOL Multiphysics.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma or a related quality management system is a plus.
