📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of the manufacturing facility, ensuring that production targets are met and quality standards are consistently maintained.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize production processes, reduce costs, and improve efficiency.
• Lead and mentor a team of skilled professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and environmental guidelines.
• Monitor and analyze production data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and potential risks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive long-term growth and achieve business objectives.
• Implement quality management systems, such as ISO 9001, to ensure the highest quality standards in steel pipe manufacturing.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, customers, and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth and efficient supply chain.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar leadership role within the steel pipe manufacturing industry.
• Proven track record of successfully leading and managing manufacturing operations.
• Strong understanding of quality management systems, such as ISO 9001.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Knowledge of ERP systems, such as SAP, and quality management software, such as QAPro.
• Familiarity with industry-specific regulations, safety standards, and environmental guidelines.
