📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Pack coffee beans and ground coffee with precision and care, ensuring each product is sealed properly.
• Operate packaging machines and follow standard operating procedures to maintain efficiency and quality.
• Inspect products for any signs of damage or contamination before packaging.
• Follow hygiene and safety protocols to ensure a clean and safe working environment.
• Work collaboratively with the team to meet daily production targets.
• Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the packing area.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing any concerns or questions from customers or team members.
• Stay updated on new products and packaging techniques to continuously improve your skills.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in the coffee or food industry.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions.
• Familiarity with coffee packaging machines and manual packaging techniques.
• Good communication skills to interact effectively with team members and customers.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Basic knowledge of hygiene and safety protocols in a food processing environment.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new products and techniques.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian, as our team is multilingual.
