In this role, you will be responsible for managing guest inquiries, providing personalized travel advice, and ensuring a seamless booking process. You will use our in-house travel management system, PeponiTMS, to handle bookings and customer data. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage guest inquiries and provide personalized travel advice.
• Assist in the booking process using PeponiTMS.
• Ensure a seamless travel experience by coordinating with our travel partners.
• Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and bookings.
• Promote our travel packages and services to potential guests.
• Stay updated with the latest travel trends and industry developments.
• Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to ensure high-quality service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in guest relations or travel consulting.
• Proficient in using PeponiTMS and other travel management software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Knowledge of local Jakarta travel destinations and attractions.
• Valid SIM card and reliable transportation in Jakarta Raya.
