As an ERP Consultant, you will work closely with clients to understand their business processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement ERP solutions that streamline operations, enhance efficiency, and drive growth. You will leverage your expertise in ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics to deliver customized solutions that meet the specific requirements of FnB businesses.

In this role, you will be based in Tangerang, Banten, and will have the opportunity to work on diverse projects across Indonesia, helping businesses in the FnB sector optimize their operations and achieve their strategic goals.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Consult with clients to understand their business processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Design and implement ERP solutions tailored to the unique needs of the Food & Beverage industry.
• Provide training and support to clients on the use of ERP systems.
• Monitor system performance and make recommendations for enhancements.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the ERP industry.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of ERP processes and methodologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an ERP Consultant, preferably in the Food & Beverage industry.
• Certification in ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Strong understanding of business processes and industry-specific requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian.
