📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Analyze business processes to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions that align with the company's strategic goals.
Work closely with stakeholders across various departments to ensure that technology solutions are both technically sound and business-driven.
Develop and maintain business requirements documents, use cases, and process flow diagrams.
Collaborate with IT teams to ensure that business requirements are translated into technical specifications.
Conduct gap analysis to identify discrepancies between current processes and desired business outcomes.
Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and ensure stakeholder alignment.
Monitor and report on the performance of business systems and processes.
Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in IT and business analysis.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT Business Analysis, with a strong background in finance.
Proficient in business analysis tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and MS Project.
Strong knowledge of financial systems and processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
Certifications such as CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) or PMI-PBA (Project Management Institute - Professional in Business Analysis) are a plus.
Fluency in English is required.
