📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.,Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate employees on new processes and technologies.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop customized training solutions.,Maintain training records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Provide ongoing support and guidance to employees to help them succeed in their roles.,Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in training and development.,Assist in the creation and delivery of leadership and management training programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development or a related field.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.,Familiarity with e-learning platforms and tools.,Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
