In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs that enhance the skills and performance of our employees. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement training programs to improve employee skills and performance.,Conduct training sessions and workshops for employees.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs.,Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, handouts, and multimedia presentations.,Provide feedback and support to employees during and after training sessions.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development.,Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process by providing training to new hires.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Training and Development, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development or a related role.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple priorities.,Proficiency in using training management software and other relevant tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Ability to travel within the region for training purposes.
