📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking a variety of dishes for our guests.
  • Ensure that all dishes are cooked to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen.
  • Manage inventory and ensure that all ingredients are properly stored and used.
  • Train and supervise junior staff members.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest culinary trends and techniques.
  • Work efficiently and effectively under pressure.
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Sous Chef in a professional kitchen.
  • A strong understanding of Indonesian and Western cuisine.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • A passion for cooking and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
  • A valid food handler's permit.
