📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Design and analyze structural systems for various projects, including buildings, bridges, and other infrastructure.
• Oversee the construction process to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
• Conduct load calculations, stress analysis, and other technical evaluations to ensure structural integrity.
• Prepare detailed design drawings, specifications, and reports for client approval and construction purposes.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to coordinate project activities.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, regulations, and best practices to maintain high-quality standards.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and staff.
• Ensure all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in structural engineering, with at least 2 years in a senior or leadership role.
• Proficiency in using structural analysis and design software, such as ETABS, SAP2000, or similar.
• Strong understanding of building codes, standards, and regulations relevant to structural engineering.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with team members and clients.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Valid professional engineer license or eligibility to obtain one.
