You will work closely with the kitchen staff, servers, and other departments to maintain high standards of food quality, customer service, and overall guest satisfaction. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including food preparation, service, and cleanliness.,Ensure that all food and beverages are prepared and served according to the highest standards of quality and safety.,Manage and train restaurant staff, including servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed.,Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed and that the restaurant is compliant with all relevant laws and regulations.,Monitor and track sales and expenses, and develop strategies to improve profitability.,Develop and implement marketing and promotional campaigns to attract and retain customers.,Ensure that the restaurant is well-maintained and that all equipment is in good working order.
