Hokian Dian Bakery is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing various equipment and machinery in our bakery. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while contributing to the smooth operation of our business.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on bakery equipment and machinery.,Troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions and breakdowns.,Ensure that all equipment is clean, well-maintained, and in good working condition.,Conduct preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of equipment.,Work with the production team to ensure that equipment is properly calibrated and set up for production.,Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.,Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement maintenance schedules and strategies.,Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in bakery equipment maintenance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in bakery equipment maintenance or a related field.,Knowledge of bakery equipment, machinery, and processes.,Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.,Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with safety procedures and regulations.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
