📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source and screen potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide feedback on suitable candidates.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities and candidate information.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.,Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve our processes.,Provide support to the HR team in various recruitment-related tasks and projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role in the HR field.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes, including job analysis, job descriptions, and selection techniques.,Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Indonesian and English.,Proficiency in using HR software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong organizational and time-management skills.,Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
