📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise a team of data entry staff, ensuring they meet daily production targets.,Oversee the accuracy and completeness of data entry tasks, implementing quality control measures as needed.,Coordinate with various departments to ensure data is collected and processed according to company standards.,Train and mentor junior data entry staff, fostering a productive and supportive work environment.,Monitor and report on data entry performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement.,Maintain and update data entry systems and software, ensuring optimal performance and functionality.,Collaborate with IT and other departments to troubleshoot and resolve data entry issues.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to data entry and management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in data entry or a similar role, with a track record of managing a team.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with data entry software and systems is a plus.,Previous experience in the garment industry is a plus.
