As a Junior Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for managing warehouse operations, ensuring the smooth flow of goods, and maintaining high levels of accuracy and efficiency.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of goods.,Manage inventory levels and ensure accuracy of stock records.,Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and internal teams to meet delivery requirements.,Implement and maintain warehouse safety protocols and procedures.,Monitor warehouse performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.,Train and mentor warehouse staff on best practices and safety procedures.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in warehouse management or related roles.,Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control software.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in the warehouse environment.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
