📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee site operations and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
  • Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of equipment.
  • Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors for project completion.
  • Monitor project timelines and budgets.
  • Prepare and submit progress reports to management.
  • Ensure compliance with environmental regulations.
  • Train and mentor junior staff.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in site engineering.
  • Knowledge of relevant safety regulations and standards.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and software.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Willingness to travel and work in remote locations.
