Berkah Fajar Fruit is looking for a dedicated Operations Staff to join our team in Nusa Dua. This is a hybrid role, combining office and fieldwork. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management and a passion for delivering high-quality results.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.,Oversee inventory management and procurement processes.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods.,Monitor and maintain equipment and facilities to ensure they are in good working condition.,Conduct regular quality checks to ensure products meet company standards.,Prepare and maintain operational reports and documentation.,Assist in the development and implementation of operational procedures and policies.,Provide support to the team during peak periods or special projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of inventory management and procurement processes.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with relevant software and tools, such as ERP systems.,Ability to travel and work in the field as required.
