📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the financial operations of ATW Group Indonesia, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.,Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's growth and profitability.,Monitor and analyze financial performance, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.,Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.,Manage the accounting and financial reporting processes, including month-end and year-end closing.,Oversee the budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic objectives.,Lead and mentor the accounting and financial teams, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.,Provide financial guidance and support to business units, ensuring financial health and sustainability.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, or CFA is a plus.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial control or a similar role in a multinational company.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and regulatory requirements.,Proven experience in managing financial operations and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
