📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and oversee the accounting functions, including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements and tax filings.
  • Monitor and analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Lead and mentor junior accountants, providing guidance and support.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
  • Participate in financial planning and decision-making processes.
  • Stay updated with the latest accounting trends, technologies, and best practices.
  • Perform other related duties as required.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, GAAP, and Indonesian tax regulations.
  • Proficiency in accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
