The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the day-to-day financial operations of the organization, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.,Oversee the preparation and submission of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure compliance with all applicable financial regulations and standards.,Provide strategic financial advice to senior management, supporting decision-making processes.,Oversee the financial operations of the organization, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and fixed assets.,Conduct regular financial reviews and analysis to identify areas for improvement and cost savings.,Manage relationships with external auditors and financial advisors.,Ensure accurate and timely financial record-keeping and documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a healthcare or related industry.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and financial reporting standards.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior management and other stakeholders.,Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.,Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
