In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our business processes. You will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing teams, and implementing strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and coordinate daily operational activities to ensure smooth business processes.,Manage and mentor operational teams, providing guidance and support to achieve targets.,Implement and monitor operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Identify and address operational issues, implementing solutions to prevent recurrence.,Collaborate with other departments to align operational goals with overall business objectives.,Develop and maintain operational reports and dashboards to track performance and trends.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in an operational management role.,Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices.,Proven track record of managing and mentoring teams.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other operational management tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian business culture and regulations.
