📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Commis Chef in preparing and cooking dishes according to recipes and standards.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, including cleaning and sanitizing equipment and work areas.,Stock and manage inventory of ingredients and kitchen supplies.,Assist in food preparation, including chopping, dicing, and measuring ingredients.,Help in maintaining food safety and hygiene standards in the kitchen.,Assist in preparing and maintaining food displays for service.,Support the Commis Chef in training and developing junior staff.,Participate in kitchen meetings and follow established procedures and protocols.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1 year of experience as an Assistant Commis Chef or similar role in a professional kitchen.,Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and food preparation methods.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Attention to detail and ability to follow food safety and hygiene regulations.,Familiarity with basic kitchen equipment and tools.,Ability to lift and carry heavy objects and stand for long periods.,Basic knowledge of Indonesian cuisine is a plus.
