This position is based in Bali, Indonesia, with the flexibility to work from any of our office locations: Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung. We offer a competitive salary package of MYR 4500 - 6000, along with other benefits.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and improve credit control processes to ensure timely collection of receivables.
  • Monitor and analyze credit control performance, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure timely payments and resolve any issues.
  • Develop and implement credit policies and procedures to mitigate risks.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to management on credit control activities and performance.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient financial operations.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in credit control.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in credit control or a related role.
  • Strong knowledge of credit control processes, policies, and procedures.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience with financial software and tools is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
