📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain product plans for parts and accessories, including market analysis, product positioning, and pricing strategies.,Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and threats.,Collaborate with design, engineering, and procurement teams to ensure product feasibility and quality.,Monitor product performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize product offerings.,Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to align product strategies with customer needs and market trends.,Manage product lifecycles, from development to discontinuation, ensuring optimal performance and profitability.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.,3-5 years of experience in product planning, product management, or a similar role in a manufacturing or retail environment.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with market research tools and techniques.,Understanding of supply chain and procurement processes is a plus.
