Parts Store Assistant (Contract)

As a Parts Store Assistant, you will be an integral part of our team, working closely with our inventory management system and our team members to ensure that our parts store runs smoothly.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in maintaining and updating the inventory system using our in-house inventory management software.
• Perform regular stock counts and reconciliations to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Support the team in managing the receiving and dispatching of parts.
• Assist in the organization and storage of parts to ensure efficient retrieval and usage.
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders for restocking as needed.
• Assist in the maintenance and upkeep of the parts store.
• Support the team in any other tasks that may arise to ensure the smooth operation of the parts store.
• Work closely with the team to ensure that all inventory management processes are followed and adhered to.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in the logistics or inventory management sector.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good knowledge of inventory management software, preferably our in-house system.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Physical fitness to handle the demands of the job, including lifting and moving of parts.
• Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for transportation of parts.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
