As a Logistics Runner at TONA INTERIOR, you will be the backbone of our logistics team, working closely with our project managers and suppliers. You will handle the day-to-day logistics, from coordinating deliveries to managing inventory and ensuring that all materials are in the right place at the right time. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Coordinate and manage the delivery and collection of materials, documents, and orders to and from project sites.
Maintain accurate records of all logistics activities using tools like Google Sheets or Excel.
Ensure timely and efficient transportation of goods using our fleet of vehicles.
Communicate effectively with suppliers, drivers, and project teams to ensure smooth operations.
Monitor inventory levels and reorder materials as needed.
Handle and manage any logistics-related issues or challenges that may arise.
Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of logistics processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in logistics or a related field.
Familiarity with logistics software such as SAP, JDE, or similar systems is a plus.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Familiarity with the Bali region and its logistics challenges.
Ability to lift and handle heavy materials as needed.
