📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage the tax department, overseeing all tax-related activities and ensuring compliance with Indonesian tax laws.,Provide strategic tax advice to the company, identifying opportunities to minimize tax liabilities and maximize tax efficiency.,Prepare and file accurate and timely tax returns for the company, including corporate income tax, VAT, and other applicable taxes.,Conduct regular tax audits and reviews to ensure the accuracy of tax records and identify any potential tax risks or opportunities.,Maintain strong relationships with tax authorities and represent the company in all tax-related matters.,Ensure the implementation of tax policies and procedures, and provide training and guidance to tax staff.,Monitor changes in tax laws and regulations, and advise the company on any potential impacts.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Taxation, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax operations, preferably in a multinational or international company.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations, including corporate income tax, VAT, and other applicable taxes.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex tax laws and regulations.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with tax authorities and other stakeholders.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.,Experience in leading and managing a team is a plus.,Certifications in tax or related fields are a plus.
