📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Recruit, hire, and onboard new employees,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures,Manage employee relations and resolve conflicts,Oversee payroll and benefits administration,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback,Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations,Coordinate training and development programs,Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia,Familiarity with HR software and tools,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Proven track record of success in HR management
