📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection of new employees,Maintain and update employee records and files,Handle employee relations issues and conflicts,Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations,Assist in the development and implementation of HR programs and initiatives,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth HR operations,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback,Assist in the onboarding and offboarding processes

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field,1-3 years of experience in HR or a related field,Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Proficiency in using HR software and tools,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Ability to work independently and as part of a team
