Duta Elsa Fruit is seeking a dedicated HR Generalist to join our team in Tigaraksa. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding new employees.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Handle employee relations, including resolving conflicts and addressing grievances.,Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Coordinate with management to ensure HR strategies align with business goals.,Manage employee benefits and ensure compliance with benefit programs.,Assist in the planning and execution of employee training and development programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in the agricultural or manufacturing sector.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluent in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.,Understanding of employee benefits and compensation practices.
