📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and coordinate the daily operations of the fleet, including scheduling, routing, and driver assignments.
  • Ensure all vehicles are properly maintained and serviced according to manufacturer's recommendations.
  • Monitor fuel consumption and expenses, and implement cost-saving measures where possible.
  • Coordinate with drivers to ensure they are aware of their routes and any specific instructions.
  • Investigate and resolve any vehicle-related issues or accidents promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records of all fleet activities and submit regular reports to management.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Transportation Management, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of fleet management software and GPS tracking systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
