As a Deputy Telemarketing, you will work closely with the Sales Manager and the Sales Team to achieve our sales targets. You will be responsible for managing the daily operations of our telemarketing team, including setting up and executing telemarketing campaigns, managing the customer database, and monitoring and reporting on sales performance.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Managing and executing telemarketing campaigns to drive sales and customer engagement
  • Setting up and executing telemarketing campaigns, including creating scripts, training agents, and monitoring performance
  • Managing the customer database, including updating customer information, segmenting customers, and analyzing customer data
  • Monitoring and reporting on sales performance, including tracking sales targets, analyzing sales data, and identifying areas for improvement
  • Working closely with the Sales Manager and the Sales Team to achieve our sales targets and goals
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers, including responding to customer inquiries, resolving customer complaints, and addressing customer concerns
  • Collaborating with other departments, including Marketing, Product Development, and Customer Service, to ensure that our telemarketing campaigns are aligned with our overall business strategy and goals
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in telemarketing and sales, and applying this knowledge to improve our telemarketing campaigns and sales performance

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in telemarketing or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in sales and customer service, including achieving sales targets and providing exceptional customer service
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to build rapport with customers and persuade them to make a purchase
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, including the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities, and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English language
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment, and to handle high levels of stress and pressure
