📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct regular inspections of construction sites to ensure compliance with design specifications, building codes, and safety regulations.
• Prepare and maintain detailed quality control reports, including photographs, sketches, and notes.
• Conduct tests and inspections using equipment such as concrete testing machines, soil testing kits, and other relevant tools.
• Work with project teams to identify and resolve quality issues, ensuring that they are addressed promptly and effectively.
• Ensure that all construction materials and workmanship meet the required standards and specifications.
• Conduct training and mentoring for junior staff and new hires on quality control procedures and best practices.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, regulations, and best practices in construction quality control.
• Participate in project meetings and contribute to the development of quality control plans and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality control for construction projects.
• Certification in Quality Control for Construction (e.g., ISO 9001, ASNT, or other relevant certifications).
• Familiarity with construction software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Primavera.
• Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and standards relevant to the construction industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to travel to construction sites as needed.
