Process cash and non-cash transactions accurately and efficiently,Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally,Maintain accurate records of all transactions,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures,Work with the sales team to ensure smooth and efficient checkout processes,Perform cash counts and reconcile discrepancies,Assist in inventory management and stock control,Provide exceptional customer service and support

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent,Minimum 1 year of experience in cashier or retail roles,Strong attention to detail and accuracy,Good communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment,Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems,Knowledge of basic accounting principles,Fluent in Indonesian and English
